I saw a post recently in a FB group asking, “How hard is it to make 365k/year with 6 sales a month of a 5k program? Is anyone doing this?”
And of course I immediately was like “Ooh, me me!” I did almost exactly that in 2020 and 2021 (with prices a bit higher in 2021). 🙂
But then the person went on to say, “If you’re getting these results, I would love to know, how much do you spend per month on ads? And how many leads do you need to speak with each month in order to close that number of sales?”
And of course I was thrilled to share that I spent ZERO per month on ads and spoke with ZERO leads per month.
I do COMMUNICATE with leads, of course, but I don’t SPEAK to them in scheduled calls. Rather, I communicate with them in very brief text chats where they’re pre-sold and ready to go after answering my qualifying questions and asking a question or two of their own.
In 2020, I text-chatted with an average of one lead per day to create these results. In 2021, it was more like 3-4 per week, sometimes even less, but with the same number of client enrollments.
(I count that as a huge win because it means my content is doing a better job of filtering down to the right people and repelling the wrong ones before they even message me.)
Some other people responded to that thread, but they all shared WAY more stuff that they had done to create the same monetary result and same number of enrollments that I did.
Like, tons of calls per month (one said 12, another said 60!!!) and anywhere from $1500-$6000/month in ad spend.
And a bunch more people commented on the thread saying “sure, that’s possible” but didn’t say that they had actually done it – nor did they provide any of the numbers the original poster had requested.
Reading that thread, I actually felt incredibly GRATEFUL as I realized what an amazing method I have in my business, and how rare it is to have achieved the time/money equation that I’ve achieved.
To this day, I still don’t know of anyone else (other than people who’ve hired me) who’s achieved ALL of the following:
–30k/month (average)
–in 20-25 hours a week (average)
–with no ad spend
–with no sales calls
–with no help (no employees/staff)
–with 99% client happiness/satisfaction
(I’m not saying that no one else exists who has done this – just that if they do exist, I don’t know about them. Whenever I make posts or comments asking if anyone else has done this, I don’t get any response. I’d still be happy to know if there’s such a person out there, so I can learn how they did it and if it was similar or different to how I did it.)
I’m also not saying any of this to brag… I’m just saying it to let you know that if you’re someone who wants these results, I’ve achieved them and have broken down what it takes to achieve them so that you can replicate the steps.
Lots of people will say “sure that’s possible” or “I can help you do that” but they haven’t actually done it themselves.
I was certainly never able to find someone who’d created these results to mentor me.
I REALLY wish I’d had someone like me 5-7 years ago. I could have saved so much time (that’s time I’ll never get back) and I could also be 10x more wealthy than I am now (which actually isn’t wealthy at all – 5-7 years of no results tends to destroy a person financially and is very hard to recover from, as many reading this post probably know!).
