Group Workshop: Articulate Your Niche and Outcome

As you may know, I normally work with 1-on-1 clients to help them with every aspect of creating, marketing and selling their high-ticket offers via the Strong Method (which includes writing Facebook posts in a certain way to draw in DM inquiries).

I’ve now begun offering a group workshop to address JUST the first piece of what I do with 1-on-1 clients, which is to articulate the outcome they provide and the ideal starting point for clients to get that outcome.

I will be offering this workshop on the following dates:

Thursday, May 11th, 2023 – from 1p.m. – 4p.m. Chicago time

Thursday, May 25th, 2023 – from 1p.m. – 4p.m. Chicago time

Here’s how this offer works:

1. As pre-workshop homework, you’ll watch and read a couple of pieces of content (this and this) that will get you familiar with my thought process for articulating outcomes of high-ticket offers.

2. You’ll provide me information on a few past client experiences of yours (in a specific framework that I’ll provide to you) and send it to me in advance of the workshop. You’ll also tell me where you currently are in your thinking about your outcome and what your questions are (again, I provide a framework for giving me this information).

3. Prior to the workshop, I’ll spend a good amount of time (typically 60-90 minutes per person) reviewing and studying your pre-work answers and client examples. Based on all of that data, I’ll go through my proven process for discerning someone’s outcome, and I’ll draft a suggested outcome statement for you and send it to you before the workshop so you have time to reflect on it.

4. When we meet on the workshop and it’s time for your segment, you can give me your response to the suggested wording and we’ll fine-tune it together. There will be no more than 8-10 total participants on each workshop (and could be fewer than that), and each participant will have a 15-minute segment. If there’s extra time in your segment, we can even discuss other questions you have about how to use the Strong Method with this outcome (such as what topics to write about in your content, and more).

5. You’ll (hopefully) feel just as pleased as the dozens of past folks I’ve taken through this “outcome discernment” process – either validated that the way you’re describing it now makes total sense, or thrilled to feel “seen” in a way you never have before because you finally have JUST the right words to nail the magic that you create.

Included in this workshop offer is:

–the 3-hour group Zoom call,

–the proprietary homework assignments,

–my initial draft of your outcome statement,

–a recording of the call, and

–a copy of my notes from the call (which we’ll be looking at on-screen together).

This workshop is the best fit for people who have a good deal of experience as a coach or other expert and at this point are looking to better articulate their niche or the outcome they provide because they know it’s “hiding” in there somewhere amidst all their many experiences.

It WON’T be the best fit for people who don’t have much experience yet (or are switching niches/clients) and/or aren’t sure who they work best with or what kind of work is even a good fit for them.

The investment for this workshop is $750 per person – quite small compared to the results and ripple effects I’ve seen for participants: joy, relief, feeling seen, suddenly knowing exactly how to market/communicate/target the right client, and entering a whole new world of confidence and clarity on their entire business (all after spending money on programs that cost a lot more than this one and didn’t get them even close to this level of clarity).
